May Brock Law Group was formed in 2019, bringing together some of the most experienced attorneys in Clark County. Tony May, who handles most of our construction law cases and professional licensing cases, worked for a number of years as a registered Professional Engineer in Nevada and California. Micheal Brock, who handles business law and bankruptcy matters, has an MBA degree from the Smeal College of Business of Pennsylvania State University and worked for several years at a Fortune 500 company. Our other attorneys have diverse work backgrounds including political campaigns, accounting and corporate compliance. All of our attorneys will consider the real-world implications of your situation and stay mindful of your bottom line along with the legal impact of the decisions you may have to make.

Tony M. May, Esq. - Co-Manager & Attorney
Tony leveraged his experience as a professional engineer to create a broad-based career in business law. He practices in the areas of business formation and litigation, contract law, real estate law, insurance defense and professional licensing defense, as well as all aspects of construction law. Tony has over 20 years of legal experience and has won multiple legal awards, including being named to Super Lawyers.
Micheal J. Brock, Esq. - Co-Manager & Attorney
Micheal has an MBA in addition to his J.D. and practices in the areas of business law and bankruptcy law, representing both individuals and businesses who are seeking debt relief and repesenting both debtors and creditors in adversay proceedings. He has litigated a wide variety of cases, including complex commercial, employment, real property, construction and business matters.
Paul Connaghan, Esq. - Of Counsel
Paul represents small and large businesses, business people, buyers, sellers, contractors, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants in residential, industrial and commercial real estate and leasing transactions. Paul’s 30+ years of experience as a lawyer makes him an excellent adviser and consultant for a variety of business and real estate matters.
Agiimaa Tsogt, Esq - Associate Attorney
Agiimaa works primarily on our civil litigation matters, including areas of business law, real estate, construction disputes and contract law. Prior to attending law school, Agiimaa was licensed as a certified public accountant (CPA) by the Nevada Board of Accountancy in 2015 (currently inactive) and worked for a local public accounting firm.
